- Force Majeure Clause: Delivery suspensions due to customs, geopolitical events, or natural disasters do not constitute seller liability. Orders ship when services resume. Buyer’s order confirmation constitutes acceptance of this term.
- Standard delivery: Curbside drop-off only. In-home services require prior written agreement with additional fees.
2. Custom Product Policy
- Strictly non-returnable/non-exchangeable except for verified manufacturing defects.
- Buyer must confirm all specifications (dimensions/color/installation height) and secure property approvals before purchase. Seller assumes no responsibility for post-purchase modifications.
3. Delivery Protocol
- Government-issued ID required for release (must match order details).
- All re-delivery fees from incorrect/incomplete buyer information shall be fully borne by buyer.

- Refunds for logistics delays: Buyer pays 100% return freight + 30% order value (depreciation).
- Damage resolution:
- Cosmetic defects: Repair option at seller’s choice
- Functional damage: Replacement after seller verification
- Buyer-initiated returns: Minimum 30% depreciation fee
- Wooden crating strongly advised for ocean shipments. Seller not liable for uncrated damage.
